Don't Navigate The Property Market Alone

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Cynthia was incredibly helpful in finding my first apartment. She clearly has connections and presented me with a wide range of great options. She handled all the coordination and communication, which made the whole process easy for me. I really appreciated her support throughout!

I was on the fence about utilising a buyers agent for my first property purchase, concerned about if the cost would be worth it considering how little financial wiggle room there can be in buying property these days. I decided to take the risk and go with Cynthia as she was warm, accomodating and no-nonsense. Even in the initial consultations I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me a product. No regrets! Cynthia was worth the cost and then some. She helped me talk through big decisions, visited and shortlisted properties for me and spoke to all the other agents so I didn’t have to. When we found a place we loved (within a week!) she put in an offer under asking (which FOMO would not have ever let me do) and negotiated on my behalf. Maybe the most clutch part was that she was able to hook me up with a trustworthy lawyer and building inspector and got all of those logistics organised for me! She also checked in with me often throughout the process and gave me all the updates and reassurances I needed. Basically, sure, I could have done this process without Cynthia but it would have been arduous, more expensive and I would be a shell of a human by now. Thank you for making this a great experience for us!
